You will be offered a time slot:
- First call: Arriving between 8.45 and 9am
- 10-12pm: Arriving between 10am and 12am
- 11-3pm: Arriving between 11am and 3pm
- After 1pm: Arriving after 1 and before 5pm
Please note the 'first call' slot is the only one we can guarantee to arrive on time. The arrival times on the other slots will be dependent upon how long the previous jobs have taken. In the unlikely event we cannot make it or get delayed, we would call your phone number.
Yes, I am afraid we do use an answering machine when we are unable to take your calls personally. Just listen to the dulcet tones of Andrew Clarke on the message and we will call you as soon as we are able to.

Andrew Clarke will carry out your installation. Most service jobs will be completed on the initial visit. If a job is more complicated than initially anticipated, we would carry out a site survey and provide you with an estimate.
Health and safety
Each job is assessed and carried out in the safest way possible. We carry PPE harness and ropes for awkward jobs which require them.
An invoice will be issued from the office, via email or post. The invoice will include BACS details and other ways to pay.
